Baoding Mountain Stone Carving Scenic Spot is located 12 kilometers northeast of Dazu City, Chongqing. With Baoding Mountain Stone Carving as the main body, it includes millennium old temples such as Shengshou Temple and Guangda Temple, as well as cultural museums and shopping blocks such as Dazu Rock Carvings Museum, Old Street and Fangsong Street. The Beishan Stone Carvings are located on Beishan, 1.5 kilometers north of Dazu City. Excavated in the first year of Jingfu in the late Tang Dynasty (892), it took five dynasties, two Song dynasties, Ming and Qing dynasties to reach its current scale.
